Your account

Give us accurate information, keep your password secret, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the platform for anything unlawful or harmful;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data, or get around limits, credits or access controls;
• overload, scrape or attack the platform or its AI tools;
• upload malicious files or content you have no right to share;
• share paid course material with people who have not enrolled.

Courses and certificates

Enrolling gives you personal, non-transferable access to the program’s materials. Certificates are issued when you meet a course’s completion requirements. We may withdraw a certificate that was obtained by cheating or fraud.

No guaranteed outcomes

Our courses and tools are designed to help you learn and build skills. We do not promise any particular result — such as a job, an internship, income, a grade, or acceptance by an employer or institution. A Tekistan.ai certificate shows that you completed a program with us; it is not a professional licence or a guarantee of employment.

AI tools

AI tools generate results automatically, and those results can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing anything before you use it. You keep ownership of the content you enter and the results made for you, and you allow us to process them to provide the service, including sending your input to an AI provider.

AI credits and usage limits

Every plan has a monthly allowance of AI credits and daily usage limits. One credit is used for each successful AI generation; a generation that fails does not use a credit. Which AI models you can use depends on your plan. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money. We do not offer unlimited AI use, and allowances, limits and plans may change.

Subscriptions and billing

Tekistan AI Pro is a monthly subscription. It is billed through Stripe in US dollars at the price shown when you subscribe, and it renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan & credits, which opens Stripe’s secure portal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. If a payment fails, paid features are paused until it is resolved.

Payments

Prices, billing periods and the terms of any paid plan or program are shown when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe. Academy programs are sold separately from subscriptions: a program is bought once and gives you access to that program only, and a subscription does not include Academy programs. Access that depends on a payment may end if the payment is refunded or fails. To ask about a refund, contact us.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit — assignments, project briefs, messages and the like. You allow us to store and process it to run the platform, for example so that your instructor can review a submission and so that AI input can be sent to an AI provider to produce your result. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.

Our content

The platform, its courses and its design belong to Tekistan.ai or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them for your own learning and work, but not copy, resell or redistribute them.

Third-party services

The platform relies on third-party services for hosting, payments, email and AI models. Their own terms and policies apply to what they provide, and we cannot guarantee that they will always be available.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the platform running but do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, limit or remove features, AI models, plans and allowances — for example to keep the service safe, sustainable or lawful.

Suspension and ending your account

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Tekistan.ai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it, and nothing here limits rights you cannot lawfully give up.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the new terms.
