AI Consultant Program
Build the skills to advise organizations on adopting AI responsibly and practically.
An AI consultant helps a business figure out where AI genuinely helps, then builds it — a website, a chatbot, an automation — rather than just talking about it.

Your eight-week roadmap
An overview of the program, not the lesson reader — enrolled students get the full lesson content inside their dashboard.
Week 1
AI Foundations, the Consultant's Toolkit
- AI, machine learning, and their real limits
- Claude and how modern AI models actually work
- The three formats every AI tool speaks: Markdown, JSON, HTML
- Prompt and context engineering fundamentals
By the end of this week, you can: Explain what AI can and can't do in plain language, and read the three formats every AI tool speaks.
Week 2
Inside the Model
- How a model is actually trained
- Tokens, and why they drive cost
- Open-weight vs. proprietary models
- Neural networks, from neurons to transformers
By the end of this week, you can: Understand what's happening inside an LLM well enough to advise a client on model choice.
Week 3
Your First Live Build
- Directing Claude Code as your coding agent
- Git, GitHub, and safe collaboration
- Databases and authentication with Supabase
- Deploying to the real web with Vercel
By the end of this week, you can: Direct an AI coding agent to build and publish a real, live website.
Week 4
A Chatbot That Knows the Business
- Chatbot architecture, memory, and system prompts
- RAG — answering from real documents
- Function calling and safe automation
- Guardrails, monitoring, and pricing a chatbot for a client
By the end of this week, you can: Design, build, and price a chatbot that answers from a client's own documents.
Week 5

Week 6
From Conversation to Automation
- Running a client discovery conversation
- Writing a proposal that gets signed
- AI agents, MCP, and agentic workflows
- Webhooks, APIs, and scheduled automation
By the end of this week, you can: Run a first client consultation and automate a real, recurring task.
Week 7
Your Own Product
- CRM as a business's organizational memory
- Context engineering for agentic systems
- From idea to a sellable SaaS product
By the end of this week, you can: Plan a CRM-backed product and the data model behind it.
Week 8
Your Practice, Your Next Step
- Open-source licensing and responsible reuse
- Handing off a project professionally
- Building and pricing an AI automation agency
- Planning your own path as a consultant
By the end of this week, you can: Hand off a project professionally, with a concrete plan for your own consulting practice.
What you'll build
Four hands-on builds, one in most weeks of the program — proposed here for your review, matched to the real curriculum above.
A Live Personal Website
- The challenge
- Every consultant needs real proof of skill before a first client call.
- What you'll use
- Claude Code · Git & GitHub · Vercel
- What you'll have
- A live site, on your own domain, that you built and shipped yourself.
- Why it matters
- Use it as your own professional site, or as the starting template for every client site that follows.
A Chatbot With Real Knowledge
- The challenge
- Clients want answers grounded in their own documents, not generic AI small talk.
- What you'll use
- RAG · function calling · guardrails
- What you'll have
- A chatbot that answers from documents you choose, with monitoring in place.
- Why it matters
- This becomes your first sellable service: a knowledge-grounded chatbot built for a real business.
A Working Automation
- The challenge
- Every business loses hours a week to one repetitive, unautomated task.
- What you'll use
- Webhooks · APIs · AI agents
- What you'll have
- One real, recurring task automated end to end — triggered, run, and checked without you.
- Why it matters
- A reusable pattern you can apply to a different repetitive task for every future client.
A CRM-Backed Product
- The challenge
- A growing business loses leads and context the moment it outgrows spreadsheets.
- What you'll use
- Supabase · data modeling · a simple dashboard
- What you'll have
- A planned CRM-backed product, with the data model behind it worked out.
- Why it matters
- The foundation for a small SaaS product you could run, sell, or build on after the program.
What you'll walk away able to do
Practical, assessable skills built through the roadmap above.
- Explain AI and machine learning — including their real limits — in language any client can follow
- Use Claude and other AI models effectively, with real prompt and context engineering technique
- Build and deploy a real website yourself, directing an AI coding agent rather than hand-coding it
- Design a chatbot that answers from a client's own documents, with guardrails and monitoring in place
- Automate a recurring piece of work end to end, with webhooks, APIs, and AI agents
- Plan a CRM-backed product and the data model it would run on
- Run a client discovery conversation and scope a piece of work clearly
- Write a consulting proposal and set a price for your own work
After the course
